Anti freezing measures that are basically unused in winter

The problem of freezing prevention in part time operation
The antifreeze of the closed cooling tower has two parts: the sprinkler system and the internal circulating water system (softened water). The anti freezing problem of the spray water system is usually added to the electric heater in the water tray, which is usually opened when the spray water is below 5 centigrade and stops above 8 degrees C. The temperature probe passes the signal to the control cabinet and automatically controls the start and stop of the electric heater. The power selection of the electric heater is determined according to the circulating water and the outside temperature. The antifreeze of the internal circulating water system can be added with glycol solution or increase the electric heating equipment. The temperature of the freezing point of glycol solution is required below the local minimum temperature. For larger cooling systems, we can consider that the pool will spray water into it, which can save electricity consumption due to the operation of electric heating, and also can put drugs into the pool to improve the water quality of the spray water.
The problem of freezing prevention in a permanent operation
The annual operation of closed cooling tower, if equipped with electric control system, may cause changes in the number of cooling towers due to the load change of the main system, so we also need to consider the problem of frost prevention. The unused equipment can be emptied before winter to prevent freezing. |
