Brapu evaporative condenser BPM-EV series: evaporative condenser is the main heat exchanger in in the refrigeration system, its function principle is: the superheated high pressure refrigerant gas discharged by the compressor in the refrigeration system passes through the condensing pipe in the evaporative condenser, so that the refrigerant in the high temperature gaseous state can exchange heat with the spray water and air outside the pipe. That is, the gas refrigerant from the upper mouth into the tube from the top and then gradually condensed into a liquid refrigerant. The super strong wind force of the matching draft fan makes the spray water cover the coil surface completely evenly, and the water borrows the wind potential, which greatly improves the heat transfer effect. Spray water with elevated temperature changes from partial to gaseous, using water vaporization latent heat takes away a large amount of heat from the wind potential. the water droplets in the hot gas are intercepted by an efficient dehydrator, and scattered with the rest of the water that absorbs heat into the heat exchange layer of the PVC drenching water sheet. the air flowing through is cooled, the temperature decreases, enters the water tank, and then continues to circulate through the circulating water pump. moisture evaporated into the air is automatically replenished by the water level regulator.
